This page describes what this website does with personal data. The Asian FFS application itself is covered by the subscription agreement you sign with us.

Who is responsible

Asian FFS operates this website. Questions about personal data go to info@asianffs.com.

What this website collects

It collects nothing unless you send us a message. There are no analytics scripts, no advertising trackers and no cookies set for visitors. The web server keeps ordinary access logs (IP address, page requested, time, browser) for security and fault-finding, and deletes them after a short period.

The contact and demo forms

What you type into the contact or demo form is emailed to us and also kept on this website, together with the page you sent it from and your IP address, so we can follow it up. We use it to reply to you and, if you ask for a demo, to arrange it. We keep it until you ask us to delete it. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not pass your details to anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Write to the address above and we will answer within a month.
