Each company takes one subscription. The price depends on how many branches and users you have. All three plans include the whole system. Growth and Enterprise add branches and integrations.

Starter gives one branch the full operations and accounts system and MYOB sync.

Prices are in US dollars. We do not charge GST or VAT. You can pay monthly or yearly, and a yearly subscription gets two months free. On Starter and Growth, onboarding and data migration are quoted separately, depending on your current system and data. Enterprise includes data migration.
Questions before you buy
Is Asian FFS cloud-hosted or installed on our own server?
You can have either. The standard plans are hosted by us and reached in a browser. The Enterprise plan can run as a dedicated instance in the region you choose, or on your own infrastructure. On your own infrastructure you get a licence to use Asian FFS. You don't own the software, and that option is priced well above the hosted plans.
How is a user counted?
Everyone with a login counts as a user, and a subscription can start with a single user. Users are added and removed from the Users screen, and the subscription follows the number of active users each month. Branch assignment does not change the price: one user working in three branches is one user.
Can we bring our existing parties, items and open invoices across?
Yes. Parties, addresses, items, tariffs, ports, vessels and open receivables and payables are imported from spreadsheets or from your current system as part of onboarding. On the Starter and Growth plans the import is charged, and the price depends on your current system and your data. The Enterprise plan includes it.
Does Asian FFS handle air freight?
Asian FFS is built for sea freight: FCL consolidations, house and master bills of lading, containers and VGM. It does not currently model air waybills. If air freight is a large part of your business, say so on the demo call.
Which accounting packages does it connect to?
It connects to MYOB AccountRight with a two-way sync. Xero is coming soon. We can build a connection to another package on request, and you can ask about it on the demo call.
Which tax regimes are supported?
Asian FFS supports Australian GST with the BAS worksheet, UAE VAT and New Zealand GST, set per branch. Tax labels, rates and reports follow the branch.
How are users and permissions managed?
Each user is assigned to one or more branches and to a per-module matrix of create, read, delete and special privileges. Two-factor authentication is available for every user.
What does onboarding look like?
We start with a demo on your own shipments. Set-up is immediate, and your branches, users and document templates with your logo are ready straight away. After that we import your data, and you can run in parallel on live consolidations before you switch over. The data import is charged on Starter and Growth and included on Enterprise.
